Orders are typically filled within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
However, during high volume periods, it may take 72 hours
to get your order processed and shipped, so please be patient.
We often have our products featured on national television and
when demand is high, it will take us a bit longer to get your order shipped. In cases where your package is unclaimed and rerouted back to us, you
are responsible for reshipping charges. If you are unwilling to pay
for a reshipment, the products will be returned to our inventory and
your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping fees of the
original shipment. A restocking fee will also be assessed.
If your order is returned to our office due to
insufficient or wrong address you will be required to repay to ship
your order. Before we can reship the parcel you must make sure that
your shipping address matches the name and address on the account.
These are precautionary measures that are taken to insure you that your
account is not going to be used to pay for merchandise that is shipped
to a location other than the account holder. If we allow this
activity we will be liable for credit card chargebacks which means we
lose our product and we have to reimburse the card holder.
 International orders
that are "refused" or "unclaimed" will be assessed not only the
original shipping charges, but also the reshipping back to us. Federal
Express and UPS both assess return shipping, thus the double charge. USPS
First Class International Letter shipments have no tracking and do not
offer a signature option. Please do not check "yes" for signature on
this shipping method. See further explanation below. While
we are happy to offer you the option of less expensive shipping via
First Class International Letter, Air Parcel Post, Global Express Mail,
and other US Postal Services, these shipping methods do *not* offer
tracking. Further, these shipping methods do not provide the option of
signing for your package. If there would be a problem with the delivery
of your package, there would be no way for us to find it, nor to
recover our product costs of lost goods. Thus, if you choose to ship
via a method that does not provide tracking and signature, you agree to
hold Anais Corporation harmless for those packages. For customs we write : "skin cleanser sample" value $1.00
We accept on our website: All major Credit Cards, Money Orders, PAYPAL and Bank Wire Transfer.
Remember paying with money order will delay shipping. It is faster to order via credit cards or Paypal
